In this paper, a novel and efficient method for the preparation of new indeno[1,2-b]chromene derivatives is reported. This synthetic method comprises one-pot and three-component condensation reaction between various aryl aldehydes, indane-1,3-dione and 4-hydroxychromen-2-one in the presence of Fe3O4@SiO2@(CH2)3OPO3H2 as novel solid acid nanocatalyst.
