  本发明提出了一种对硝基苯丙酮的制备方法，S1、于硝化剂和脱水剂参与的条件下，于15‑20℃中，苯乙腈完成硝化；S2、于100‑105℃条件下完成水解过程，析出并水洗固体，重结晶后获得对硝基苯乙酸结晶；S3、于有机溶剂中溶解对硝基苯乙酸结晶并滴入酰化剂完成酰化过程，除去过量酰化剂以及溶剂后即得对硝基苯乙酰氯；S4、于0℃环境下分批加入对硝基苯乙酰氯至反应液中完成缩合过程得2‑(4‑硝基苯乙酰基)丙二酸二乙酯，于所述反应液中包括缩合剂、催化剂以及除水剂；S5、于120‑125℃条件下脱去2‑(4‑硝基苯乙酰基)丙二酸二乙酯上的游离脂肪酸得对硝基苯丙酮。本发明通过采用廉价易得的苯乙腈为出发原料，避开了易制毒化学品醋酐，有望实现工业化生产。
