In the present study, to effectively carbonylate cinnamyl chloride and phenylacetylene with CO2, α-cyclodextrin doping dendritic fibrous nanosilica (DFNS) supported nanoparticles of gold was used as a catalyst (DFNS/α-CD/Au NPs).
