  本发明公开了一种四氢呋喃参与的N‑芳基‑N‑羟胺类化合物二氟丁氧基化的方法：将式(I)所示化合物、TMSCF2Br、无机碱、水和四氢呋喃混合，在0～55℃下反应5～24h，之后经后处理，得到式(II)所示化合物；本发明的反应条件温和简单，无需加入金属催化剂；并且反应过程不需要无水无氧条件，操作简便，反应产率较高，反应底物适用性较广；此外本发明制备方法新颖，拓展了二氟卡宾和四氢呋喃的应用，对农药医药和功能材料等领域有较好应用前景；

  AbstractIn this work, a novel difluorocarbene‐induced ring opening of THF with TMSCF2Br for difluoromethoxybutylation of N‐aryl‐N‐hydroxylamines under mild conditions is reported. The mechanism study revealed that THF was intermolecular activated by difluorocarbene, then the formed oxonium ylide was nucleophilic attacked by N‐aryl‐N‐hydroxylamines.
