Temperature Control of the Self‐Assembly Process of 4‐Aminoquinoline Amphiphile: Selective Construction of Perforated Vesicles and Nanofibers, and Structural Restoration Capability
We report the selective construction of perforated vesicles and nanofibers based on temperature control of self-assembly process of a 4-aminoquinoline-based amphiphile through its LCST behavior in 10 mM HEPES buffer (pH 7.4). The perforated vesicles exhibit a slow morphologicaltransformation but can be readily restored with a brief heating above the LCST.
