  (EN) A novel process for the preparation of $g(a)-aminoacylanilides comprises the treatment of the corresponding $g(a)-haloacylanilides with a solution of ammonium carbamate in aqueous ammonia. The process is especially useful in the preparation of certain active cardiac antiarrhythmic agents, such as tocainide.(FR) Un procédé nouveau de préparation d'$g(a)-aminoacylanilides consiste à traiter des $g(a)-haloacylanilides correspondants avec une solution de carbamate d'ammonium dans de l'ammoniaque aqueux.
