A low temperature curable epoxy resin composition which comprises: an epoxy component that contains an epoxy compound having per molecule at least two epoxy groups and that is liquid at 25°C; an aromatic amine based curing agent that contains an aromatic amine compound having per molecule at least two amino groups directly bonded to the aromatic ring and that is liquid at 25°C; andMg(II) acetylacetonate as a cure accelerator. The composition, which contains a novel cure accelerator using a metal complex, exhibits high stability at room temperature while lowering a cure temperature or shortening a cure time.

The present invention provides a silane-containing composition and a curable resin composition that can provide a cured product extremely high in mechanical strength and glass transition temperature, and that is useful as a material for a sealing material of a mounting substrate or the like, as well as a sealing material using the same. It also provides a method for suitably obtaining such a silane-containing composition. The present invention provides a silane-containing composition including an aromatic amine compound and a silane compound, wherein the aromatic amine compound is a compound having a melting point of 100°C or higher, and the silane compound has a siloxane bond and is represented by a specified average composition formula.

The present invention relates to a polyurethane, which is particularly suitable as binder for a printing ink, which is obtainable by reacting:
a) a polyol component including:
i) at least one polytetramethylene glycol,
ii) at least one diol having a molecular weight of not more than 200 g/mol being different from polytetramethylene glycol,
iii) at least one trivalent or higher-valent alcohol having a molecular weight of not more than 6000 g/mol,
b) an isocyanate component including at least one organic diisocyanate compound and
c) at least one di-functional amine compound and at least one mono-functional amine compound.

A liquid epoxy resin composition comprising (A) a liquid epoxy resin, (B) an aromatic amine curing agent, and (C) an inorganic filler having an average particle size of more than 5 μm in an amount of from 300 parts by weight to 1,000 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of components (A) and (B) combined, has a low viscosity and a low coefficient of linear expansion and is suited for the encapsulation of semiconductor devices.
