  (EN) Alcoxycarbonyl-dithiocarbamate, respectively alcoxycarbonyl-thiolcarbamate used as active substances and having the formula (I) wherein R1 and R2, which may be the same or different, are hydrogen, a saturated or unsaturated straight or branched alkyl group, alkoxyalkyl, alkylaminoalkyl, dialkylaminoalkyl having from 1 to 10 atoms of carbon, a cycloalkyl, phenyl, halogen substituted phenyl group, R3 is a saturated or unsaturated straight or branched alkyl group, a cycloalkyl or phenyl group optionally substituted by halogen atoms, X is an oxygen or sulphur atom. The compounds are prepared according to known methods and have essentially a fungicidal activity.(FR) Les alcoxycarbonyl-dithiocarbamate, respectivement - thiolcarbamate utilisés comme substances actives répondant à la formule (I) dans laquelle R1 et R2 identiques ou différents représentent l'hydrogène, un groupe alkyl droit ou ramifié, saturé ou insaturé, alkoxyalkyle, alkylaminoalkyle, dialkylaminoalkyle à 1 - 10 atomes de carbone, un groupe cycloalkyle, phényle, phényle substitué par des atomes d'halogène, R3 est un groupe alkyle droit ou ramifié, saturé ou insaturé, un groupe cycloalkyle ou phényle substitué le cas échéant par des atomes d'halogène. X est un atome d'oxygène ou de soufre. Les composés sont préparés selon des méthodes connues et ont principalement une action fongicide.
