制备方法与用途

用途

3,8-二氮杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷二盐酸盐可用作医药合成中间体，在实验室研发过程中具有重要作用。

制备

将1.31g（6.5mmol）的3-苄基-3,8-二氮杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷溶解在无水乙醇中，并在帕尔装置中加入6N HCl（3mL），以及0.3g（0.3mmol）10%钯碳催化剂。在室温下和3个大气压下反应12小时后，过滤掉催化剂，减压除去乙醇并降低压力。将剩余物溶解于乙酸乙酯中，并逐步加入适量的乙醇直至形成沉淀。收集沉淀物，最终得到83%收率的白色固体3,8-二氮杂双环[3.2.1]辛烷二盐酸盐。
