Abstract 4,4‐Dialkyl and 4,4‐diaryl‐4H‐benzo[d][1,3]oxathiin‐2‐ones were synthesized by the reaction of 2‐(mercapto‐phenyl)‐dialkyl‐ (or diaryl)‐methanol with CDI in excellent yield. The 2‐(mercaptophenyl)‐dialkyl‐ (or diaryl)‐methanols were prepared by the reaction of commercially available methylthiosalicylate with an appropriate alkyl or aryl Grignard reagent.
摘要 4,4-二烷基和 4,4-二芳基-4H-苯并[d][1,3]oxathiin-2-ones 通过 2-(巯基-苯基)-二烷基-(或二芳基)-反应合成甲醇与 CDI 以优异的收率。2-(巯基苯基)-二烷基-(或二芳基)-甲醇是通过市售的硫代水杨酸甲酯与合适的烷基或芳基格氏试剂反应制备的。
