在三乙胺作为碱性催化剂的存在下,通过水杨醛,4-羟基-6-甲基-2 H-吡喃-2-酮,苄胺和茚三酮的反应制备带有茚并吡咯部分的新香豆素衍生物。所述化合物通过高碘酸的氧化裂解反应产生带有香豆素的螺[异苯并呋喃-1,2'-吡咯]部分化合物。易于处理,易于纯化和中等至良好的产率是本方法的吸引人的特征。还使用IR,质量,元素分析,1 H NMR,13 C NMR和X射线晶体学对产物进行了表征。

A new series of 4-aryl-6-methyl-5-(2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carbonyl)-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones/thiones (DHPMs) have been synthesized through multicomponent Biginelli reactions, involving 3-(acetoacetyl)coumarin derivatives, para-substituted benzaldehydes, and urea/thiourea in refluxing acetonitrile, in the presence of a catalytic amount of sulfuric acid. The structure of all newly synthesized compounds has been established by 2D NMR spectroscopic spectra (HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY), elemental analysis, and mass spectrometry. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. A simple, efficient and ecofriendly procedure has been developed for the synthesis of 3-acetoacetylcoumarins from salicylaldehyde(s) and 4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one using EPZ-10 as a catalyst in ethanol medium at reflux condition. The present methodology offers several advantages such as excellent yields, short reaction time and use of EPZ-10 as an eco-friendly catalyst. (C) 2011 Academie des sciences.
