    Provided is a polyvinyl acetal film which, when used as an intermediate film for a laminated glass, can provide a laminated glass that exhibits a low degree of yellowness and excellent surface appearance, and which is thus useful as a sealing material or intermediate film that can prolong the life of a laminated glass provided with a solar cell or a functional unit. Further, the content of corrosion-causing substance in the polyvinyl acetal film is low, so that the polyvinyl acetal film permits high-temperature lamination and thus ensures excellent productivity. Also provided are a solar cell module and a laminated glass prepared using the polyvinyl acetal film. A plasticized polyvinyl acetal film which comprises 15 to 60 parts by mass of a plasticizer having a total number of 28 or more of carbon atoms and oxygen atoms constituting a molecule based on 100 parts by mass of a polyvinyl acetal resin, and which has an acid value of 5.0 meq/kg or less.

A polyvinyl acetal resin film, having a thickness distribution in the width direction of 10% or less, and a volatile matter content of 1.0 mass% or less, in which as to a portion of 5% of the total width inside from each of both edges in the width direction, when each portion is heated at 150°C for 30 minutes, the larger value of the heat shrinkage in the flow direction that is parallel to the film and perpendicular to the width direction is referred to as heat shrinkage MD 1, and the other value is referred to as heat shrinkage MD2, and when central portion in the width direction of the film is heated at 150°C for 30 minutes, the heat shrinkage in the flow direction that is parallel to the film and perpendicular to the width direction is referred to as heat shrinkage MD3, all the heat shrinkage MD1, heat shrinkage MD2, and heat shrinkage MD3 are 3 to 20%.

    An object of the present invention is to provide a rubber-containing graft polymer powder which uses 1,3-butadiene and by which an encapsulant for a solar cell and an interlayer film for laminated glass that are excellent in corrosion resistance, impact resistance, transparency, weather resistance, heat resistance and economic efficiency can be achieved. Provided is a rubber-containing graft polymer powder for polyvinyl acetal for an encapsulant for a solar cell or an interlayer film for laminated glass, in which an amount of an acidic component eluted by a hot water test is 0.10 KOHmg/g or less. It is preferable that the rubber-containing graft polymer powder be obtained by conducting the graft polymerization of a vinyl monomer in the presence of a rubbery polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer (x) containing a conjugated diene (x1) and an acrylic acid alkyl ester (x2) having an alkyl group having from 2 to 8 carbon atoms and coagulating this.
