Preparation of phosphinated bisphenol from acid‐fragmentation of 1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethane and its application in high‐performance cyanate esters

我们揭示了一种制备次膦酸双酚1,1-双(4-羟基苯基)-1-(6-氧代-6H-苯二甲酸 <1,2>氧代磷酰-6-6基)乙烷的方法( 2)在对甲苯磺酸的催化中,通过1,1,1-三(4-羟基苯基)乙烷与9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷菲10氧化物(DOPO)的一锅反应酸。为合成提出了一个两步反应机理,即1,1,1-三(4-羟基苯基)乙烷的酸裂解,然后亲核添加DOPO。基于(2)的二氰酸酯衍生物1,1-双(4-氰基苯基)-1-(6-氧-6H-苯甲酸酯 <1,2>氧代磷酰-6-6基)乙烷( 3)制备并与可商购获得的双氰酸酯(双酚A的双氰酸酯(BACY))共固化。实验数据表明,将(3)结合到BACY中可增强阻燃性和介电性能,而对热性能的影响很小。热固性与Ť克274℃,热膨胀系数(CTE)49 PPM /℃,d ķ 3.04(1千兆赫),Ť d(5%,)N 2:435℃,空气:424℃,通过这种方法可以达到UL-94
