PdII, RhI, and W0 complexes containing the RP(NR′)PCR′(R Et3C, R′tBu) ring system are reported, and their NMR spectroscopic data are discussed. Low oxidation state metal fragments bond through the two-coordinatephosphorus, whereas the three-coordinate phosphorusatom is the donor towards PdII and PtII. Both phosphorusatoms are ligated in a dinuclear PtII, complex.
