  PdII, RhI, and W0 complexes containing the RP(NR′)PCR′(R  Et3C, R′tBu) ring system are reported, and their NMR spectroscopic data are discussed. Low oxidation state metal fragments bond through the two-coordinate phosphorus, whereas the three-coordinate phosphorus atom is the donor towards PdII and PtII. Both phosphorus atoms are ligated in a dinuclear PtII, complex.
