PtSiH(C6H4F-4)2}2(Pme3)2 reacts with Rh (I) complexes to afford new Rh–Pt heterobimetallic complexes with bridging hydrido and diarylsilyl ligands. These complexes were characterized by X-ray crystallography. The NMR spectra exhibit dynamic behavior of hydrogen atoms and three Pme3 ligands bonded to Rh center in solution.
