制备方法与用途

化六酰基肉碱是一种脂肪酸代谢产物,能够将脂肪酸分解为可供身体使用的能量。它也是大鼠骨骼肌毒性的特异且易于检测的生物标志物。在一项针对股直肌的代谢组学分析中,赛伐他汀和TMPD均诱导了大鼠体内六酰基肉碱平的增加。此外,在2型糖尿病患者中,六酰基肉碱与全因死亡率显著相关,并能改善全因死亡率的预测。因此,六酰基肉碱可以作为鉴定新致病途径的重要生物标志物。
