  摘要：

  A method for the synthesis of alkoxygallium hydrides (ROGaH2 and (RO)(2)GaH, where R = Pr-i, Bu-t) was proposed. The method is based on the reaction of gallane GaH3 with one or two equivalents of the corresponding alcohol. Thermolysis of these compounds was studied by differential thermogravimetry.
