Difunctionalization of Alkenes via the Visible-Light-Induced Trifluoromethylarylation/1,4-Aryl Shift/Desulfonylation Cascade Reactions
摘要:
A novel visible-light-induced trifluoromethylarylation/1,4-aryl shift/desulfonylation cascade reaction using CF3SO2Cl as CF3 source was described. The protocol provides an efficient approach for the synthesis of alpha-aryl-beta-trifluoromethyl amides and/or CF3-containing oxindoles as well as the isoquinolinediones under benign conditions.
2-Aryl propionamides via 1,4-aryl radical migration from N-arylsulfonyl-2-bromopropionamides
摘要:
Reaction of N-alkyl-N-arylsulfonyl-2-halo-propionamides with pentamethyldiethylenetriamine and either CuBr or CuCl leads to 2-aryl propionamides via initial radical generation, 1,4-aryl migration with loss of SO2 and reduction of the intermediate amidyl radical in 40-99% yields. A new photoinduced acylation/arylation of N-(arylsulfonyl)acrylamide with acyl oxime esters through a nitrogen-centered radical protocol has been disclosed for efficient preparation of functionalized indolin-2-ones, which proceeds through a cascade acylradical addition of carbon-carbon double bond, aryl migration, desulfonylation, and intramolecular cyclization sequence.
