  摘要：

  本发明公开了一种3-羧基-4-羟基-乙酰乙酰苯胺的制备方法，所述制备方法包括以下步骤：将规定量的软水抽入反应釜中，再向反应釜中加入片碱，将5-氨基水杨酸缓慢加入氢氧化钠溶液，调整并测定得到的混合溶液的PH≈7。调整反应釜内的温度在18—27℃范围内，缓慢滴加双乙烯酮，利用自然温度进行保温，最后下料至中和结晶釜、过滤、离心脱水、烘干后得成品。本发明操作步骤简单、工作环境较好，反应条件温和、对设备无特殊要求，并且产品质量较好，成品率较高，并且本发明提供的方法制备得到的3-羧基-4-羟基-乙酰乙酰苯胺不易结块，而且本发明提供的制备方法能耗较低。
