  一种多取代基联苯卤代物液晶中间体的合成方法，属于多取代基联苯卤代物的技术领域，包括以下步骤：A、以多取代基苯硼酸或多取代基硼酸酯为原料，与取代‑4‑卤苯胺经过Suzuki偶联反应，控制反应温度为50‑150℃，反应时间3‑10h，得到多取代基联苯胺；B、多取代基联苯胺在溶剂中于酸性环境下与重氮化试剂进行反应，控制反应温度‑20～10℃，制备得到重氮盐，再经过卤素置换，控制置换温度0‑60℃，时间3‑24h，得到多取代基联苯卤代物。本发明可以得到以往技术中不能制备的碘代衍生物，以之应用于单晶的合成可以得到比现有技术更优的结果。
