  描述了基于光学活性α-羟基醛的立体定向构建前列腺素的烯丙基醇部分的新方法。在BF 3 .Et 2 O的存在下，由Corey醛和羰基化合物制得的锂化砜给出t或仅形成痕量。苯甲酸酯，甲磺酸酯或游离醇形式的加成产物借助汞齐钠进行还原消除，得到烯烃。化合物和转化到外消旋的和天然PGF 2α分别，与已知的方法一致。
