  A silafluorene metalloporphyrin-benzene organic semiconductor material and preparing method and uses thereof are provided. The structure of the silafluorene metalloporphyrin-benzene organic semiconductor material is defined by structure formula (I); wherein: n is an integer between 1 and 100, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 are H, alkyl with C 1 -C 32 , phenyl, alkyl benzene or alkoxyl benzene containing one or more C 1 -C 32 , M is a metal ion. The silafluorene metalloporphyrin-benzene organic semiconductor material has good solubility, high carrier mobility, strong absorbance, wide absorbent range to light and elevated utilization ratio of solar light.
