摘要:
A dimetallic trinuclear Cu(II)(2)Gd(III) complex, [Cu-2(L)][Gd(hfac)(3)] (1: H4L = 3,3'-(1,2-ethanediyldinitrilo)bis(1-o-hydroxyphenyl- 1-butaneonato), hfac(-) = hexafluoroacetylacetonate ion) has been synthesized, and structurally and magnetically characterized. [Cu-2(L)] unit coordinates to [Gd(hfaC)(3)] through two phenolate oxygen atoms to afford a linear Cu(II)-Cu(II)-Gd(III) system. Its magnetic property is dominated by the antiferromagnetic interaction between two Cu2+ ions, and the Gd3+ ion behaves like a magnetically isolated ion. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science Ltd.
