  本发明涉及一种由β‑酮酸酯和三级炔丙醇酯类化合物通过催化不对称[3+2]环加成反应合成在2‑位含有手性季碳中心的3‑亚甲基‑2，3‑二氢呋喃类化合物的方法。采用的手性钯催化剂是由钯盐与手性P,N‑配体在各种极性和非极性溶剂中原位生成。本发明可以方便地合成各种带取代基团的2‑位含有手性季碳中心的3‑亚甲基‑2，3‑二氢呋喃类化合物，其对映体过量百分数高达98％。本发明具有操作简单、原料易得、底物适用范围广、对映选择性高等特点。
