  摘要：

  In a simple procedure, treatment of 2-amino-3-cyanothiophenes with -ketophosphonates, under acid catalysis, leads to new 4-amino-5-phosphonothieno[2,3-b]pyridines in good to excellent yields. The structure of obtained products was confirmed by NMR (H-1, P-31, C-13) and IR spectroscopies, and by mass spectrometry.
