  本发明提供了一种氟醚菌酰胺的合成方法，该方法不产生氯化氢和二氧化硫混合气体(仅产生氯化氢)，且不产生含盐废水，减小了环保压力，降低了生产成本。本发明的合成方法中酰氯化反应采用固体光气代替氯化亚砜制备2,3,5,6‑四氟‑4‑甲氧基苯甲酰氯，将生成的氯化氢尾气进行吸收，可制备30％盐酸溶液作为副产品，且该步反应产品收率达到98％，纯度达到99％。
