Self-Sorting Organization of Two Heteroditopic Monomers to Supramolecular Alternating Copolymers
摘要:
Self-sorting organization of two AB-type heteroditopic monomers led to the formation of linear supramolecular alternating copolymers driven by host-guest noncovalent interactions based on the bis(p-phenylene)-34-crown-10/paraquat derivative and dibenzo-24-crown-8/dibenzylammonium salt recognition motifs as confirmed by H-1 NMR, cyclic voltammetry, dynamic light scattering, viscosity measurements, and scanning electron microscopy.
A host–guest recognitionmotifbased on a crown ether moiety was employed to construct a supramolecularpolymer gel from a low molecular weight A–B monomer. Reversible thermo‐ and pH‐induced gel–sol transitions of the dual‐responsive gel are demonstrated for the controlled release of rhodamine B.
