Silver Ion Mediated Desulfurization-Condensation of Glucosyl Isothiocyanate With Hydroxy Acids
摘要:
Desulfurization-condensation of 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl isothiocyanate with alpha-hydroxy acids and salicylic acid in the presence of silver trifluoroacetate and triethylamine gave glucosylamino heterocycles in good yields, while the reaction with beta-hydroxy acids afforded N-glucosyl olefinic amides with the evolution of carbon dioxide.
