The (meth)acrylate copolymer for syrup of the present invention has excellent solubility, particularly in a (meth)acrylate compound having an alicyclic ester substituent, and a (meth)acrylate resin composition containing the copolymer provides a stable cured product having high transparency and high resistance to UV rays and heat.
