Disclosed is a film composition for forming a film on the surface of plastic or metal used as a replacement for glass, thus increasing wear resistance of the surface of plastic or metal, exhibiting anti-scratching, and preventing the film from peeling off of the surface of the plastic or metal. The film composition includes, based on 100 parts by weight of the composition, 5 ~ 90 parts by weight of a polymer having -C=C-C(=O)-O- [C]n-Si-O (wherein n is an integer from 1 to 10) with an average molecular weight from 1,000 to 100,000, 3 ~ 70 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent, 0.01 ~ 20 parts by weight of a polymerization initiator, and an organic solvent for dissolving these components. The polymer is prepared from methacryloxypropy- ltrimethoxysilane, the crosslinking agent is acrylate, the initiator is organic peroxide or azo compound, and the organic solvent is 2-propanol or acetic acid.
