    Abstract2‐Alkylaminophenylprop‐1‐yn‐3‐ols, prepared from the lithium diisopropylamide (LDA)‐mediated 1,2‐addition of alkynes to 1‐(2‐aminophenyl) ketones, can be converted to 3,3‐disubstituted 2‐oxindoles by using silica gel in n‐hexane/ethyl acetate (20:1 v/v) as the reaction medium. The utility of the approach as a potential scale‐up strategy for the synthesis of 2‐oxindoles was exemplified by the large‐scale synthesis of one adduct in excellent yield. The synthetic applicability of this chemistry was also demonstrated by the recycling of the silica gel up to 8 times with no apparent loss of activity being observed for the same example.magnified image

In the formula (1), R 1 to R 4 are the same or different, and each represent an alkyl group, an aryl group or a halogen atom, n 1 and n 2 are the same or different, and each represent an integer of 1 to 4, and k 1 to k 4 are the same or different, and each represent 0 or an integer of 1 to 4. When at least one of k 1 to k 4 is 2 or more, corresponding R 1 to R 4 may be the same or different.

    The purpose of the present invention is to obtain an organosilicon compound containing an isocyanate group by thiol-ene addition reaction from a corresponding organosilicon compound having a mercapto group and an isocyanate compound having a polymerizable group. Provided is a silane coupling agent which includes a specific linking structure in which a sulfur atom is indispensably contained in a linking chain which connects an isocyanate group to a hydrolyzable silyl group. Compared to silane coupling agents for use in existing technologies, this silane coupling agent has enhanced hydrophobicity and an increased organic-moiety proportion due to the sulfur-containing linking structure. Use of this silane coupling agent as an adhesive modifier hence makes it possible to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive in which the silane coupling agent has improved compatibility with the resin and is excellent in terms of strength of bonding to and interaction with the matrix resin having hydroxy groups and which is able to have initial reworkability and further have high adhesive force at high temperatures or under high-temperature high-humidity conditions.

    The present invention provides a curable resin composition that can provide a cured material excellent in insulation reliability while maintaining adhesiveness and provide a composition for forming a solder resist, a dry film and a printed wiring board, a laminate having a resin insulating layer excellent in insulation reliability while maintaining adhesiveness, a dry film for forming this and a process for preparing a laminate using the dry film. The curable resin composition contains (A) an imidazole-isocyanate adduct, (B) a carboxyl group-containing resin and (C) a thermosetting resin. The above laminate has a substrate and a plurality of resin insulating layers formed on the substrate, in which one of the plural resin insulating layers in contact with the substrate is a layer formed of the curable resin composition.

    A conjugated diolefin copolymer rubber and a rubber composition which can produce vulcanized products exhibiting well-balanced improved properties such as wet skid properties, low hysteresis loss properties, abrasion resistance, and breaking strength irrespective of the types and combinations of fillers to be added, and is useful as a tread material for low fuel consumption tires, large tires, and high performance tires. A conjugated diolefin copolymer rubber is prepared by the copolymerization of a conjugated diolefin and a vinyl aromatic compound, and (1) has a content of the bonded vinyl aromatic compound of 5-50 wt%, (2) contains 0.01-5.0 mmol of an alkoxysilyl group having substantially non-hydrolyzable Si-O-R bond (wherein R indicates a hydrocarbon group having 4-20 carbon atoms) and 0.01-2.0 mmol of a tin-carbon bond for 100 g of the copolymer rubber, and (3) has a polymodal-type molecular weight distribution.
