Visible‐Light‐Responsive Polyoxometalate@Metal‐Organic Frameworks Involving Ir Metalloligands for Highly Selective Photocatalytic Oxidation of Sulfides to Sulfoxide
We have synthesized a crystalline POM@MOF (Ir−SiW) by assembling Ir metalloligands and POMs for the first time. Ir−SiW has high activity for selectiveoxidationsulfide to sulfoxide, with a yield of 99.5 % within 2.5 h, which is higher than the currently known POM-based photocatalysts.
