Spectroelectrochemical characterization of nitridorhenium porphyrins
摘要:
The electrochemical behavior of three nitridorhenium(V) porphyrins has been characterized using cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and spectroelectrochemistry. At a platinum disk electrode, five redox processes have been observed within the accessible potential window of several non-aqueous solvent/supporting electrolyte systems. Based on the voltammetric and spectroelectrochemical results, four of the redox processes are assigned as porphyrin-ring-centered reactions whereas the fifth is a reversible metal-centered oxidation.
