  A method for the synthesis of the previously inaccessible 3-pyridin-4-yl-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazepines was developed. The X-Ray diffraction data for 8-tert-butyl-3-pyridin-4-yl-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazepine are presented.
