(4R)-[(1R)-1-[(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)oxy]-1-(2-methoxy-4,5-methylenedioxyphenyl)methyl]-3-methylenedihydro-2(3H)-furanone, which are key intermediates for the synthesis of 1,2-oxidized furofuran lignan, were each stereoselectively synthesized from L-glutamic acid.
(4R)-[(1S)-1-[(叔丁基二甲基甲硅烷基)氧基] -1-(2-甲氧基-4,5-亚甲基二氧苯基)甲基] -3-亚甲基二氢-2(3H)-呋喃酮和(4R) -[[(1R)-1-[(叔丁基二甲基甲硅烷基)氧基] -1-(2-甲氧基-4,5-亚甲基二氧苯基)甲基] -3-亚甲基二氢-2(3H)-呋喃酮,是它们的关键中间体分别由L-谷氨酸立体选择性地合成1,2-氧化的呋喃呋喃木酚聚糖的合成。
