Nineteen N'-(benzylidene)-2-[(pyrimidin-2-yl)thio]acetohydrazides were obtained via the nucleophilic addition- elimination reaction of 2-[(pyrimidin-2-yl)thio)]acetohydrazide with aromatic aldehydes.
