    摘要:
    2-烷氧基-5-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑是通过卤化氰对烷氧基硫代羰基肼的作用或硫代氨基脲与二烷氧基甲基亚胺的反应制得的。后一种方法也可以得到5-氨基-或5-烷氧基-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫醇。将氨基噻二唑与芳磺酰氯酰化,得到2-烷氧基-5-芳烃磺酰胺基-1,3,4-噻二唑或2-烷氧基-4-芳烃磺酰基-5-芳烃磺酰氨基-4,5-二氢-1,3,4-噻二唑。
