  [EN] Dye conjugates of template-fixed ß-hairpin peptidomimetics of the general formula (I) wherein Z is a template-fixed chain of 14 a-amino acid residues which, depending on their positions in the chain (counted starting from the N-terminal amino acid), are Gly, or Pro or of certain types which, as the remaining symbols in the above formula, are defined in the description and the claims, and salts thereof, have CXCR4 antagonizing properties, and are useful for cancer therapy; diagnostic imaging; for detection of tumors and other abnormalties; for photoacoustic tumor imaging, detection and therapy; and for sonofluorescence tumor imaging, detection and therapy. The various dyes forming part of these conjugates are useful over the range of 300-1200 nm, the exact range being dependent upon the particular dye. These dye conjugates of ß-hairpin peptidomimetic can be manufactured by processes which are based on a mixed solid- and solution phase synthetic strategy.
  [FR] Cette invention concerne des conjugués colorants de peptidomimétiques de ß-hairpin fixés sur matrice, représentés par la formule (I) dans laquelle Z est une chaîne fixée sur matrice de 14 résidus d'a-amino acide qui, selon leur position dans la chaîne (en comptant à partir de l'acide aminé du terminal N), sont Gly, Pro ou certains types lesquels, au même titre que d'autres symboles de la formule ci-dessus, sont définis comme indiqués dans le descriptif et dans les revendications, ainsi que leurs sels. Ces conjugués possèdent des propriétés antagonistes du récepteur CXCR4 et conviennent pour les thérapies du cancer, l'imagerie aux fins de diagnostic, la détection de tumeurs et autres anomalies, l'imagerie, la détection et la thérapie photoacoustiques de tumeurs et l'imagerie, la détection et la thérapie de tumeurs par sonofluorescence. Les divers colorants entrant dans la composition de ces conjugués conviennent dans des plages de 300-1200 nm, la plage exacte dépendant du colorant particulier considéré.
