    在碱存在下,钯催化的(二)氯吡嗪与磷原核亲核试剂的交叉偶联反应使磷酸化的吡嗪的收率达到81-95%。基于该方法,制备了一系列适当官能化的吡嗪,作为从高酸性核废料中潜在的三价阳离子萃取剂。一些亲水性衍生物在0.01 mol L -1配体浓度下,在pH 1时对Eu 3+的Am 3+具有很好的选择性,分离系数高达40 。

    There is provides a photoelectric conversion device material which can be used as an electrode buffer material for a solar cell or the like and can improve durability while maintaining the interaction with an electrode and mobility; a photoelectric conversion device using the photoelectric conversion device material; and a solar cell using the photoelectric conversion device. A photoelectric conversion device containing a buffer layer and an active layer, wherein the buffer layer contains a compound represented by the following general formula (I), the active layer contains an n-type semiconductor, and the n-type semiconductor is a compound having a solubility in toluene of 0.5% by weight or more at 25° C. and having an electron mobility of 1.0×10 −6 cm 2 /Vs or more.

    An organic electroluminescence element having at least one organic layer including a light-emitting layer between a pair of electrodes, wherein the organic electroluminescence element has an electron transport layer containing a phosphine oxide compound and an electron transport layer that does not substantially contain the phosphine oxide compound between the light-emitting layer and a cathode, the electron transport layer containing the phosphine oxide compound is nearer to the cathode, and the electron transport layer that does not substantially contain the phosphine oxide compound is nearer to the light-emitting layer. An organic EL element that exhibits high light-emission efficiency and is excellent in drive durability is provided.

    Palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling of (di)chloropyrazines with phosphorus pronucleophiles in the presence of a base gave the phosphorylated pyrazines in 81–95% yields. Based on this methodology a series of appropriately functionalized pyrazines was prepared as potential extractants of trivalent cations from highly acidic nuclear waste.
