  本发明公开了一种氧醚链修饰的近红外方酸染料及其制备和应用，其制备方法包括以下步骤：（1）将氧醚链连接的具有N,N‑二正丁基侧链的二苯胺衍生物和方酸混合，溶于适当的溶剂，接上分水器，N2保护下回流数小时；（2）将步骤（1）所得的反应混合物冷却至室温，减压除去溶剂，得粗产品；（3）粗产品经硅胶柱层析纯化，得氧醚链修饰的近红外方酸染料产物。该类方酸染料稳定性好，光学性能优异，经氧醚链修饰后能够有效地提高染料在水溶液中的溶解性，且冠醚常被应用于捕获金属离子，故该染料可作为检测金属离子的荧光探针。
