    Library of 1,4-Disubstituted 1,2,3-Triazole Analogs of Oxazolidinone RNA-Binding Agents
    摘要:
    The design and synthesis of small molecules that target RNA is immensely important in antibacterial therapy. We had previously reported on the RNA binding of a series of 4,5-disubstituted 2-oxazolidinones that bind to a highly conserved bulge region of bacterial RNA. This biological target T box antitermination system, which is found mainly in Gram-positive bacteria, regulates the expression of several amino acid related genes. In an effort to amplify our library, we have prepared a library of I,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazole analogs that entails an isosteric replacement of the oxazolidinone nucleus. The synthesis of the new analogs was enhanced via copper(I) catalysis of an azide and alkyne cycloaddition reaction. A total of 108 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazole compounds have been prepared. All compounds were evaluated as RNA binding agents.

    Abstract

    Several triglycerides were synthesized with an iodoaroyl group. Intramolecular radical chain transfer chlorinations were conducted that resulted in the associated pair of fatty acids of the triglyceride becoming chlorinated. The distribution of monochlorinated species was similar to that obtained by direct radical chlorination of the relevant fatty acid methyl esters. Functionalization was, as expected, away from the carboxylate group but gave no indication that either alignment of chains or the constraints of an intramolecular process could limit the manifold of products of the reaction. To gauge the effect on halogenation of a structure, bearing more than one electron‐withdrawing group, methyl oleate was converted to thebis trifluoroacetate of methyl 9,10‐dihydroxystearate. No products of chlorination on carbons 2–8 were observed.

    Provided are: an organic electronic material which can be easily multilayered and that can be used in substrates, such as resin, that cannot be processed at high temperatures; an ink composition containing the same; an organic thin film formed using said organic electronic material or said ink composition; and an organic electronic element and an organic EL element that are formed using said organic thin film and that have a superior luminous efficacy and emission lifespan than conventional elements. Specifically, provided are: an organic electronic material that is characterized by containing an oligomer or a polymer having a structure that branches into three or more directions and has at least one polymerizable substituent; an ink composition containing said organic electronic material; and an organic thin film prepared using the aforementioned organic electronic material. Further, provided are an organic electronic element and an organic electroluminescent element containing said organic thin film.

    Radical polymerizable liquid resins contain unsaturated urethane of a specified structure and vinyl monomers at weight ratio of (unsaturated urethane)/(vinyl monomers)of from 10/90 to 90/10. The unsaturated urethane has (meth)acryloyl and higher aliphatic hydrocarbon groups in its molecule, and the vinyl monomers are copolymerizable with this unsaturated urethane. Radical polymerizable liquid resin compositions are obtained by adding inorganic powder filler to such radical polymerizable liquid resins. In-mold cured products obtained from such radical polymerizable resins or radical polymerizable resin compositions have improved water resistance and other favorable properties.

    Herein disclosed are a filler surface modifier which comprises a phosphoric ester and/or pyrophosphoric ester having a substituent group with a terminal double bond, a filler treated with such a surface modifier, and an unsaturated polyester resin composition and an acrylic resin composition blended with such a surface-treated filler. Such a filler surface modifier eventually not only can increase strength of, namely, provide rigidity for, unsaturated polyester resins filled with CaCO₃ and the like fillers and acrylic resins filled with Al(OH)₃ and the like fillers, but also can reduce viscosity of such resins before curing, thus resulting in improved processability and high filling capacity.
