Abstract P-Ethoxyphenylcyanothioforrnamide (1) was reacted with α,β-unsaturated ketone (2) and N-p-chlorophenylmaleimide (4) to furnish pyrrole and pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyrrol-4,6-diones (3) and (5) respectively. Also, interaction of 1 with anthranilic acid and o-phenylenediarnine produced 3-(4′-ethoxyphenyl)-2-thioxoquinazolin-4-one (6) and 2-thioxobenzirnidazoles (7). 摘要 对乙氧基苯基氰基硫甲酰胺 (1) 与 α,β-不饱和酮 (2) 和 Np-氯苯基马来酰亚胺 (4) 反应生成吡咯和吡咯并[2,3-c]吡咯-4,6-二酮 (3) 和 ( 5) 分别。此外,1 与邻氨基苯甲酸和邻苯二胺的相互作用产生 3-(4'-ethoxyphenyl)-2-thioxoquinazolin-4-one (6) 和 2-thioxobenzirnidazoles (7)。当 1 与异(硫)氰酸酯反应引起环化时,得到 5-imino-4-thioxoirn-idazolidinones (9)。将化合物 9 与一些试剂如水合肼、氨基硫脲、邻苯二胺、硫化氢和 HCl 反应,分别得到 5-腙、4-氨基硫脲和乙内酰脲衍生物 (10-17)。
