  环状半缩醛（内半缩醛）的成内酯的转化已经由铜-催化的需氧C ++实现 C键裂解的存在Ñ -羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺（NHPI）。本方法由多步骤组成，包括：a）通过脱水形成环外烯醇醚；b）向烯醇醚中加入邻苯二甲酰亚胺N-氧基，然后用分子氧捕获所得的C-自由基以形成过氧自由基；c）还原性产生氧自由基，随后β-自由基断裂生成内酯。

  AbstractIncorporation experiments using sodium [2‐14C]‐, [2‐3H]‐, (3R)‐[5‐14C]‐ and [2‐3H, 2‐14C]‐mevalonates and with mevalonates stereospecifically tritiated at C(2) demonstrate the transformation of mevalonic acid (8) into verrucarinic acid (5). Degradation experiments showed that this transformation occurs with a hydrogen 1, 2‐shift of the ‘pro‐2R’ hydrogen atom of mevalonate to C(3) of verrucarinate. A possible mechanistic pathway is discussed.

  The synthesis and anticholinergic activities of 1, 1, 2, 5-tetramethyl-3-diphenylmethylenepyrrolidinium iodides are described. An unusual reaction of 3-methyl-1, 1-diphenyl-1, 4-butanediol (6) with acetonitrile-stannic chloride complex (Lora-Tamayo reaction) in phosphoryl chloride resulted in the formation of 2, 5-dimethyl-3-diphenylmethylene-1-pyrroline (9), involving the migration of the methyl group. The structure of 9 was confirmed by an alternative synthetic method.
