Abstract Two new bibenzyl derivatives were isolated from the orchid Bulbophyllum protractum and designated bulbophyllin and bulbophyllidin. In addition batatasin-III (3,3′-dihydroxy-5-methoxy bibenzyl), 3,3′,5-trimethoxybibenzyl, aloifol-I (3′,4-dihydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybibenzyl), 3,3′-dimethoxy-4,5-methylenedioxybibenzyl, flavidin (2,7-dihydroxy-9,10-dihydro-5H-phenanthro[4,5-bcd]pyran), dihydroconiferyl
摘要 从兰花Bulbophyllum protractum 中分离得到两种新的联苄基衍生物,命名为bulbophyllin 和bulbophyllidin。此外batatasin-III (3,3'-二羟基-5-甲氧基二苄基), 3,3',5-三甲氧基二苄基, aloifol-I (3',4-二羟基-3,5-二甲氧基二苄基), 3,3' -二甲氧基-4,5-亚甲二氧基联苄基、黄素(2,7-二羟基-9,10-二氢-5H-菲并[4,5-bcd]吡喃)、二氢松柏醇、豆甾醇和谷甾醇。根据光谱和化学证据,bulbophyllin 和bulbophyllidin 的结构分别确定为 2,3'-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-4,5-methylenedioxybibenzyl 和 2,3'-dihydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybibenzyl。
