  (EN) A bioorganic method for preparing cyclopentanone derivatives and cyclopentenones of formula (I) by the $g(b) oxidation of suitable substrates using microorganisms. It has been shown that the method is useful for preparing 3-oxo-2-pentyl-1-cyclopentaneacetic acid and (Z)-3-oxo-2-(2-pentenyl)-1-cyclopentaneacetic acid, as well as methyl esters thereof, for use in the perfume and fragrance industries.(FR) On décrit un procédé bioorganique pour la préparation de dérivés de la cyclopentanone et de cyclopenténones de la formule (I) par oxydation en $g(b) de substrats appropriés, effectuée à l'aide de microorganismes.
