  Catalytic kinetic resolution strategy was developed for the access of chiral Si-stereogenic silanes. By employing Rh-catalyzed intramolecular hydrosilylation, both dihydrobenzosilole-based organosilanes and monohydrosilane containing ortho-vinyl group could be prepared with high efficiency and good to excellent selectivity factors in one single operation.
