The crystal structure of the title complex has been determined from diffractometer data by three-dimensional Patterson, Fourier, and least-squares methods to R 0.049 for 3 072 independent reflections. Crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/n, with unit-cell dimensions a= 21.230(9), b= 11.493(5), c= 12.091 (5)Å, β= 100.47(4)°, and Z= 4. The co-ordination around the metal is distorted square bipyramidal
