Trimethylstannyl lithium reacts with phenyl azide with evolution of nitrogen and the formation of lithium (trimethylstannyl)phenylamide. Reaction of this compound with trimethylchlorosilane, trimethylchlorogermane, trimethyltin chloride or trimethyllead chloride gives the appropiate bis(triorganometal)phenylamine. By cleavage of the tin–hydrogen bond of trimethyl-, tributyl- or triphenyltin hydride by phenyl azide
三甲基锡烷基锂与叠氮化物反应生成氮并生成锂(三甲基锡烷基)苯酰胺。该化合物与三甲基氯硅烷,三甲基氯锗烷,三甲基氯化锡或三甲基氯化铅反应,得到合适的双(三有机金属)苯胺。通过用叠氮化苯裂解三氢化锡,三丁基锡或三苯基锡氢化物的锡氢键,可以得到相应的(三有机锡烷基)苯胺。分配了反应产物的IR光谱。
