Said compositions show an excellent deposition to a surface followed by delayed release of the R-group. Ces compositions se caractérisent par un excellent dépôt sur une surface suivi d'une libération retardée du groupe R. De manière plus spécifique cette invention concerne des dérivés d'ammonium quaternaire ester de bétaïne comprenant comme groupe R libérable un alcool odoriférant tel que le géraniol.
