The present invention relates to a method for producing a siloxane resin, including: hydrolyzing and condensing a silane compound (B) containing a hydrolyzable silyl group represented by formula (I) below using a neutral salt (A) as a catalyst, the formula (I) being: RnSiX4-n wherein R represents an organic group having a carbon atom directly bonded to Si; X represents a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group; and n represents an integer of 0-3, provided that when n is 2 or greater, each R may be the same as or different from each other, and when (4-n) is 2 or greater, each X may be the same as or different from each other.

    A condensation product having a high epoxy group residual ratio is obtained by accelerating, with use of neither an acid catalyst nor a base catalyst, hydrolysis and condensation reaction of a silyl group in a silane compound containing an epoxy structure-containing group. Then, a cured product is formed, which has high abrasion resistance, high chemical resistance and low cure shrinkage. The condensation product is synthesized from silane compounds at a specific ratio in the presence of a neutral salt catalyst, which silane compounds are represented by General Formula (I) and General Formula (II), respectively, and then cured with use of a curing agent which cures an epoxy group.

    The invention relates to a composite phase-change material (PCM) comprising a non-polymeric solid-solid PCM and a solid-liquid PCM, wherein the solid-liquid PCM occupies an internal volume of the solid-solid PCM.
